Grace Hospice is a non-profit organization serving patients and families across the greater Twin Cities. At Grace, we recognize that every person deserves to live out their life with respect and dignity, free of pain, and in an environment that promotes quality of life. We bring together an entire team of skilled and compassionate people focused on providing end of life care that honors the unique needs and wishes of every individual, regardless of a person’s ability to pay.

Grace’s specialized care is provided wherever a person calls home; it focuses on comfort and includes medical support, personal care, and emotional and spiritual support. It also includes ‘special extras’ that truly set us apart: music, massage, and pet therapy; legacy writing; and Touch of Grace. These programs are not covered by insurance and we rely on the gifts and generosity of our supporters to ensure that these core services remain a lasting part of our legacy, available for every patient and family.

Parking:

Hyland Hills Chalet has 160 parking spaces available at the venue.  We encourage you to carpool or ride share to the event, if possible.  Should all the parking spots fill up, we will have staff on-site to assist you and provide direction.
